With Memorial Day signaling the unofficial start of summer, we want to wish you all a great season filled with endless sunshine, strong teams, and happy guests/members.

As your summer operations get underway, we wanted to share a few important reminders:
- For some of you with post-April 1 start dates, our team continues to finalize portions of the H-2B visa petition process. As always, please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns — we are here to help every step of the way.
- We will begin preparations for Summer 2027 H-2B visa petitions in mid-September and will be reaching out in the coming weeks to schedule planning calls. If you would like to connect sooner, just let us know and we would be happy to arrange a time to speak.
- If you have not already done so, we would sincerely appreciate you taking a few moments to complete our brief client feedback survey. Your input is incredibly valuable to us. It helps us better understand what we are doing well, where we can continue improving, and how we can best support you in future seasons. - We also encourage you to register for the 2026 Staffing Summit at www.staffingsummit.com. Although we know this is an especially busy time of year for all of you, the Summit continues to be one of the most valuable and impactful events of the season. This year’s registration numbers are already the highest in the event’s history. The Summit provides an incredible opportunity to connect with trusted recruiting partners, engage in meaningful educational programming, and earn educational credits. Space is filling quickly, so we encourage you to reserve your spot soon.
- Many of you continue to inquire about year-round immigration options for your foreign national team members. This includes TN visas, O-1 visas, EB-3 green card applications and other options. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you would like to schedule a complimentary call to discuss different options for your organization.
