A few notes:
- The Workshops are different than our annual Staffing Summit and serve different purposes. If possible, I highly recommend joining both, as they cover very different material and serve different purposes. I am happy to answer questions about these events.
- The content of the Workshops is the same; therefore, attending one of these will provide you with all of the information you need.
- While these Workshops are aimed at winter-season organizations (seasons that run from the fall through the spring), the Workshops are a great opportunity for summer-season employers to attend and meet opposite-season organizations for recruiting and collaboration.
- Winter-season clients – these Workshops are more important than ever due to the high chance of the numerical cap being reached for October 1st start dates, which would make it impossible for some to hire out-of-country H-2B visa workers.
