We are very excited to announce that version 2.0 of our proprietary H-2B visa software, Pabian BOOM!, is live!
As a refresher, Pabian BOOM! was created to make the H-2B visa process for Pabian Law clients easier and more transparent. With the launch of Pabian BOOM! version 2.0, Pabian Law clients will now be able to:
- Upload seasonality documents (new feature!)
- Track status of H-2B visa petitions in real time (new feature!)
- Access our Resource Library (improved!)
- Upload in-country worker documents (existing feature)
- Allow in-country workers and/or recruiters to upload in-country worker documents (existing feature) and without having to set a login code for each worker (new feature!)
- Enjoy a much more simple and user-friendly experience (a huge focus of version 2.0)!!!
Pabian BOOM! is only available to Pabian Law clients. There is no cost for clients to use Pabian BOOM!.
Pabian Law winter-season clients (fall and winter start dates): you will receive your Pabian BOOM! login in the next few weeks. Please note that we need you to confirm your positions for the 2025-2026 winter-season in order to provide you with access to the platform.
Pabian Law summer-season clients (spring and summer start dates): Pabian BOOM! version 2.0 will be available to you in time for your summer 2026 petition work. In the meantime, please continue to use your existing login information to enjoy the original site for the remainder of the 2025 season’s petition work.
Potential clients: Please do not hesitate to reach out to learn more about our services and for a complimentary demo of Pabian BOOM! version 2.0. We just started work on winter-season H-2B visa petitions for the 2025-2026 season and will be starting work on H-2B visa petitions for the summer 2026 season in mid-September. We also assist with year-round matters (TN visas, O-1 visas, EB-3 green card applications, etc.) throughout the year.
