If you were unable to attend Friday’s webinar, I highly encourage you to listen to the recording.  There are many Trump administration initiatives that will likely leave the hospitality industry with major staffing shortages in the weeks, months, and years ahead.

There are two potential solutions that I highly encourage you to consider over the summer:

1. I strongly encourage you to send at least one person from your organization to our Staffing Summit in July.  It will set you up for success in terms of education and recruiting.  Every year, we watch Staffing Summit attendees be some of the most successful H-2B clients and seasonal businesses.  You can learn more about the Summit and sign up at https://www.eventleaf.com/e/2025StaffingSummit.  The Summit is almost sold out, so if you are able to send someone from your organization, I recommend signing up ASAP.
2. If you are not already a member, I recommend taking a look at Seasonal Connect and consider joining.  There is a discount for Pabian Law clients and it is a very impactful platform that will provide you with a ton of exposure to seasonal workers and opposite-season organizations.  @carly.eglin@seasonalconnect.com is included on this email and can answer any Seasonal Connect questions that you may have.
