I hope all is well. On July 22nd, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) finished processing the almost 35,000 Group A cases for October 1, 2026 start dates and has begun processing Group B. The government is 3 days ahead of last year, as the DOL moved to Group B on July 25th in 2025.
