Jack Barton is a Paralegal at Pabian Law, LLC.
Jack joined Pabian Law with the hope of furthering his knowledge about the law, particularly as it pertains to corporate immigration practices. Jack works primarily on H-1B and L-1 visa petitions for both domestic and multi-national corporations. He utilizes his expansive writing background to craft legal arguments, effectively prepare petitions, and offer strategic guidance on a case-by-case basis.
During his time at the College of the Holy Cross, Jack served as a Writing Consultant and Writing Fellow through the Holy Cross Center for Writing. In those positions, he helped other students advance their writing through both individualized and classroom settings. He has also held multiple internships with tech start-ups that have equipped him with an eagerness to learn and grow within a team and a confidence to innovate and think critically.
Using the academic and professional skills that he has honed over the past four years, Jack hopes to aid Pabian Law’s clientele in any, and all, of their immigration concerns.
